Trent Dezemplen is a 2022 C/3B with a 5-10 175 lb. frame from Collierville, TN who attends Collierville. Recorded a 7.75 second 60 yard dash time. Long and lean frame with some present strength. Primary catcher with a square stance, tends to get tall on the throw. Short arm action and release with accurate throws. Will see pop time improve as he gains ground towards the target and stays low through release. Right-handed hitter with a rock back load and toe tap trigger. Shows pull side approach and line drive plane. Will see more pop as he coils into the back hip and drives the hips with the swing. Secondary right-handed pitcher with a high leg raise delivery and high three-quarters slot. Stays on line with the plate well. Shows a downer curveball at 63 mph, drops his slot on the slider at 68 mph. Works down in the zone with good angle. Mixed speeds and had clean and efficient innings.
