Peyton Heisner is a 2021 LHP with a 6-2 195 lb. frame from Lexington, MA who attends Lexington. Large, athletic frame with square shoulders and present physical strength proportioned throughout frame. Lefthanded pitcher, begins with a side step at start of delivery, leg lift just up past belt at top and utilizes a short and quick arm action through the back working to a tight three-quarters release. Short stride down the mound and projects with additional lower half drive. Fastball topped out at 86 mph, maintained velocity well with short running life to arm side when on top of the ball, ball comes out well, more velocity in the tank with refinements. Developed feel for curveball throughout outing, had confidence in landing it for strikes and showed best depth later in outing, up to 70 mph with short 1-7 shape. Good student.
