Hayden Goodreau is a 2021 RHP/2B, SS with a 5-10 155 lb. frame from Newmarket, NH who attends Newmarket Jr.-Sr. Medium frame with slender, athletic build; ran 60 yard dash in 6.81 seconds. Primary righthanded pitcher, quick tempo to delivery with high leg lift over rubber, lands cross body on front side, short and quick arm stroke, high slot with plane to the plate, generates cut on fastball at 69-73 mph, missed barrels with fastball consistently, curveball showed 11/5 shape with solid depth to it, did a nice job of keeping the ball down in the zone. Hits with toe tap trigger, upper half-dominated swing, gets barrel moving on flat plane, has bat speed, pull-side approach, short to the ball at times. Worked out in the infield, some athleticism to footwork with range to both sides, direct path to the ball, fields clean, clocked up to 72 mph on throws.
