Caleb Chappelle is a 2020 OF/ with a 5-11 177 lb. frame from Tomball, TX who attends The Woodlands Christian Academy. Strong build with broad shoulders and present strength. Primary outfielder with aggressive footwork while closing to the baseball. Clean glove actions at pick up and maintained momentum towards target while working through exchange. Released from a three-quarters arm slot generating on line carry to the bag at 81 miles per hour. Right handed hitter with a spread, slightly crouched stance and leg lift trigger. Utilized a direct hand path to baseball with a linear barrel plane through extension. Consistently through the barrel with intent and looking to drive the ball to the middle of the field and pull side gap. Good student. Named to the 2019 National Academic Showcase, Top Prospect List.
