Charlie Marion is a 2022 OF/RHP with a 6-0 165 lb. frame from Franklin, WI who attends Franklin. Recorded a 7.40 second 60 yard dash time. Medium frame and lean build. Primary outfielder, fields of the back foot and moves through it well. Twitchy actions with a quick arm and short arm stroke, good zip to the ball, recorded throws at 87 mph. Could stay more directional with the target. Secondary right-handed pitcher, short arm action with a three-quarters slot, good arm speed with average flex. Quick paced delivery, lands in line with the plate, struggles to repeat the release point. Flashed a curveball with 11/5 shape and good sink at times. Limited command in this look, will improve as he mixes in the off speed more and locates the fastball. Left-handed hitter with a relaxed stance and quick knee to knee leg lift trigger. Short swing path with quality bat speed and hand quickness, aggressive swinger that stays to the middle of the field. Could load the hands back a bit more, produced solid line drive contact during his round, good hitter who has the tools to really improve. Good student.
