Taylor Engh is a 2022 RHP/3B, OF with a 5-10 145 lb. frame from Riverton, UT who attends Riverton. Medium build with room to fill out and strengthen as he continues to develop. Primary pitcher, has a longer arm action from a high three-quarters slot. Conventional motion, not much lower half involved in his motion, ball comes out of his hand cleanly. Fastball up to 82 mph, mixes in a high 10-to-4 shaped breaking ball with good depth and spin. From the outfield, is meticulous with his glove work, fields out in front. Throws are accurate and on line to all bags. At the plate, uses a tall and even stance with a toe tap trigger. Clean linear weight shift in the box, shows quickness to his hands. Hands work to the inner half with consistency, middle to opposite field approach. Great student in the classroom as well.
