Trenten Alles is a 2020 C/ with a 6-3 185 lb. frame from Kerman, CA who attends Central. Primary catcher with a tall and athletic frame. Long arm action and quick feet behind the plate, footwork is a projectable piece that shows good potential. Works from a low and open stance. Flashed a 2.09 pop time and throw up to 75 miles per hour during the workout. At the plate, works from a slightly crouched and open stance, with a simple leg lift trigger and high back elbow. Shifts into contact well with some linear actions, a direct hand path, and a line drive barrel plane. Using a middle to pull side approach and the ball jumps off the barrel when it connects. Taller frame has room to fill out. Good student.
