Jonnathan Martinez is a 2025 SS with a 5-9 125 lb. frame from Kissimmee, FL who attends Home School. Long and slender athletic build with lots of room to get stronger. 7.37 runner in the sixty. Polished defensive actions in the middle infield, smooth hands at the ball with nice balance, transitions from fielding to throwing with ease and can adjust his throwing slot and maintain carry, showed a good idea of an internal clock, strong defensive tools and actions that will keep developing. Left handed hitter, hits from a narrow base with a low hand load, simple timer and trigger, has fast hands and develops good bat speed, line drive swing plane with solid contact to all fields, should develop the strength to open up his swing some in the future for more power.
