Austin Linhart is a 2023 RHP/MIF/OF with a 6-3 170 lb. frame from Sugar Land, TX who attends Fort Bend Austin. As a primary RHP, Linhart used a high 3/4 slot and quick tempo to challenge hitters and pitch to contact efficiently. He maintained arm speed on the breaker in which he flashed the ability to manipulate shape and size of for swing and miss. Still room for additional velocity projection in the build. From both the OF and IF, Linhart displayed athletic actions with sound footwork and smooth transfers to release quickly and on target. Topped out at 82 mph. Offensively, the righty started from a wider stance with some bat speed present to produce pull side middle of the field contact. He performed well in game and worked gap to gap successfully. Ran an impressive 6.84 sixty yard dash. Named to Top Prospect List.
