Felipe De Alba is a 2023 OF/2B with a 5-7 180 lb. frame from Pico Rivera, CA who attends El Rancho. Defensively, a high effort throwing that generated decent carry on the throws with fringe athleticism, smooth with glove securing the ball cleanly with crisp transfer glove to hand. In the box, he sets up with a wide crouched base with simple load and stride. He uncoils late but displays the explosiveness to get it out on time. A true spray hitter with line to line approach, there's a decent power ceiling from the stocky build. Good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
