Jake Zeeb is a 2020 OF/3B/RHP with a 6-1 160 lb. frame from Commerce Township, MI who attends Detroit Catholic Central HS. Medium and skinny build, tall and projectable frame with room to add strength throughout and time to do so. Ran a 7.87 second 60 yard dash. Primary outfielder, good young actions with solid footwork that plays, works through ball pretty well, arm works well with a full arm action, average arm strength that will likely improve with maturity, topped out at 81 mph from the outfield. Righthanded hitter, slightly open stance, shifts into contact well, long hand path, smooth and loose swing that projects for more as he gets stronger, swings with intent and gap to gap line drives when on time, needs to get stronger for added bat speed and improved pop off of the barrel. Good student. Named to 2018 Great Lakes Indoor Top Prospect List.
