Patrick McKeighan is a 2019 SS/RHP, 2B, OF with a 6-2 160 lb. frame from Pittsford, VT who attends Otter Valley Uhsd #8. Large frame with slender, projectable build; ran 60 yard dash in 7.34 seconds. Hits from slightly open stance, hands load back smoothly, leg lift trigger, shifts well into swing, middle-field approach with solid bat speed, line drive plane, executed approach well. Primary infielder, funnels high, athletic footwork and movements to each side, gets around the ball, works through, clocked up to 80 mph across the diamond. Also took outfield reps and was clocked up to 80 mph. Quick leg lift on the mound to initiate delivery, compact arm stroke to 3/4's arm slot, fastball worked 74-77 mph with good life, really filled up the zone with both fastball and curveball. Very good student.
