Tommy Bridges is a 2024 RHP/SS with a 5-11 178 lb. frame from Los Angeles, CA who attends Harvard-Westlake. Medium athletic build. Very simple turn and throw delivery, has a deep and clean arm action with a small hesitation at the bottom to keep him on time. Fastball works mostly in the upper 80's and is thrown to spots, can ride it up or sink it low, will reach back for a 92 but isn't velocity dependent. Change up is a plus pitch with feel and arm speed and life. Is aggressive using his slider and throws it to spots as well, hitters don't recognize the slider. Works side to side very well and mixes his pitches at random. Fields his position at an advanced level. Highest level performer who gets outs and understands how to pitch. Good student, verbal commitment to TCU.
