Mitchell Nabeta is a 2020 C/IF with a 5-9 155 lb. frame from Foster City, CA who attends Junipero Serra HS. Slender young build with lots of room to get stronger. Has solid actions behind the plate with good flexibility, sets up low and has some quickness, good footwork shifting and throwing, makes accurate throws with developing arm strength, game actions in drills with a 2.02 pop time. Right handed hitter, hits from an open stance, gets on line and shifts into contact well, very consistent swing mechanics, middle of the field line drive contact, will benefit from more strength at the plate. Sound fundamental player. Excellent student.
