Logan Williams is a 2020 3B/OF/RHP with a 6-2 195 lb. frame from Forney, TX who attends North Forney. Big and strong athletic build. Right handed hitter, has a simple and very well timed swing approach, hits under control with a low tension swing that creates plenty of bat speed, hits tall and gets extended well out front, loose swing, ball comes off the barrel hard with carry, has the tools to be a solid next level hitter. 7.57 runner, played both outfield and infield and is much more comfortable and fundamentally versed in the infield, rounds the ball well at third base and fields cleanly out front, makes accurate throws with some carry. Also pitched, worked from the stretch with a slow paced delivery, deep off line arm action, body will get ahead of his arm at times. Fastball topped out at 81 mph. Curveball was his best pitch, shows feel for landing it with variable shapes, creates tight spin at times, commands his curveball better than his fastball. Solid change up with some sink at the plate. Good athlete but his bat is his tool. Good student. Named to the South Prospect Showcase Top Prospect List
