Aden Judge is a 2024 OF/RHP/MIF with a 5-10 160 lb. frame from Suffolk, VA who attends Nansemond River. Medium athletic build with plenty of room to get stronger. 7.23 runner in the sixty, is aggressive to the ball in the outfield with good footwork for a freshman, quick exchange and release, throws have nice online carry and are accurate. Also plays the middle infield and shows his athleticism well there, has soft hands working through the ball and good lower half quickness that gives him range, has the chance to keep developing in the infield with more repetitions. Right handed hitter, hits from a narrow start with a good lower half shift into contact, short inside swing path with an early release out front, creates some barrel speed initially and swings hard but can stay through the ball more consistently, mid field to opposite field contact. Alsop itched, full wind up leading to an over the top arm slot and a downhill angle to his pitches. Fastball topped out at 80 mph with some sink and cut to it, still developing feel for his breaking ball. Good athlete who will keep improving with additional strength and coaching.
