Ryan Turner is a 2022 OF with a 6-0 180 lb. frame from Brick, NJ who attends Brick Twp Memorial. Athletic build with good present strength and room for plenty more. 5.10 runner in the forty, has run 7.33 in the sixty at a previous PG showcase. Clean fundamental actions in the outfield with good direction through the ball and a smooth and easy arm stroke, has some carry on his throws with more to come. Right handed hitter, hits from a straight stance with a smooth and well controlled swing, keeps his timing simple and repeatable, moves in well with his lower half, has good extension and some lift out front, gap to gap approach with plenty of jump and carry off the barrel, like the combination of consistency and strength at contact. Projects well as a hitter. Good student. Named to the Northeast Indoor Showcase Top Prospect List.
