Cam Morris is a 2025 C/RHP/IFwith a 6-1 160 lb. frame from Leawood, KS who attends Blue Valley. Long and tall athletic build with plenty of room to get stronger. Right handed hitter, hits from a straight stance with a simple load and swing approach, can use his lower half more to help create bat speed and leverage, pull side approach and flashed good pull power at times that will continue to develop with additional strength and bat speed. 7.93 runner in the sixty. Showed good balance and lower half actions behind the plate defensively, blocked well with good fundamentals and energy, shows some young arm strength and carry on his throws. Also played some corner infield. Took a turn on the mound, slow to fast delivery mechanics with a short stride out front, high 3/4's arm slot. Worked in the low 70's with his fastball with good running action at times, curveball showed some tightness and shape as well. Very good chance to keep improving with repetitions and more physical maturity.
