Joey Bialoncik is a 2020 1B/RHP/C with a 6-2 250 lb. frame from Midland, GA who attends Northside HS. Extra large frame with a bulky build and strength in upper half. Ran an 8.26 second 60-yard dash. Worked out defensively as a primary first baseman. Fields the ball out front with deliberate footwork around the bag. Developing arm strength topping at 73 miles per hour. Righthanded hitter with a wide base to start. Works exclusively to the pull side with a rotational shift. Has some strength in swing looking to get the ball in the air with a power approach. Secondary righthanded hitter with simple delivery into a leg lift to the belt. Short and compact action in the back into a high three-quarters release. Easy effort release on pitches. Mostly straight fastball with some arm speed topping out at 75 miles per hour. Mixing in a loose spinning curveball in the upper 60's. Good student as well.
