Nathan Webb is a 2022 C/RHP/OF with a 5-11 170 lb. frame from Jacksonville, FL who attends Mandarin HS. Recorded a 7.63 second 60-yard dash time. Medium athletic frame with some well proportioned strength to the frame. Primary catcher with sure and certain actions while throwing. Very good timing and transitions well to the throwing hand. Arm strength recorded up to 72 mph with a best recorded pop time of 2.08 seconds. Arm strength plays nicely from secondary position of outfield. Secondary righthanded pitcher with a loose delivery and lots of moving parts. Belt high leg lift and stays balanced down the mound. Three-quarters arm slot and filled up the strike zone well. Throws with intent and finished pitches well. Curveball showed good spin and nice 11/5 shape starting on a similar plane as the fastball. Righthanded hitter with an upright wide base, high hand set, and a high back elbow. Line drive hitter with slight lift in the swing plane. Short directional swing. Power will improve with additional strength. Good student.
