Luis Garrido is a 2022 SS/2B, 3B, UT with a 6-1 170 lb. frame from Palmetto, FL who attends Palmetto. Taller height with a proportioned frame and lots of growth potential. Ran a 6.73 in the sixty yard dash. A primary infielder, uses his size and length to range to both sides. Very quick arm with good carry that will play at any spot. Holds all the physical tools. A right-handed hitter, starts balanced with a relaxed hand set. Stays tight to the body with a direct path and the hands work quickly. Easy bat speed and the balls jumps hard. Gap-to-gap approach and pretty advanced approach. Good body sequence. Excellent student.
