Ethan Puig is a 2024 3B/1B with a 5-10 170 lb. frame from Miami, FL who attends Gulliver Schools. Medium frame with some strength to the build but remaining room to fill. Ran a 7.69 second 60-yard dash. Primary third baseman, worked out in the infield with good footwork ranging to the ball, positions the lower half well to receive and work through it, confident glove that showed consistency in receiving, easy arm action on fluid throws across, profiles as a corner-infielder based on range and long term physical projection. Right-handed hitter, stands upright with high hands and a high back elbow, shows looseness in the hands and feel for the barrel right away, balanced to and through contact on a longer but fluid swing path, creates line drive contact to all fields and shows some juice when squared. Verbal commitment to Miami.
