Cade Cabral is a 2020 2B/3B/SS with a 5-10 150 lb. frame from San Diego, CA who attends Foothills Christian HS. Medium frame with a lean build. Frame projects to support additional size and strength. Primary shortstop with clean, sound footwork while ranging for and surrounding the baseball. Funnels out front and worked through exchange with fluidity. Maintains momentum while working to the target and released form and extended arm slot. Throws produced accurate carry to the bag topping at 75 miles per hour. Right handed hitter with a slightly crouched, open stance and reaching front side trigger. Moves into contact well with linear lower half actions. Clean hand path to contact with a fluid, slightly lifted barrel plane. Stays balanced and behind contact well. Displayed polished, projectable actions at the plate. Excellent student.
