Cole Hoskins is a 2018 SS with a 6-0 170 lb. frame from Hillsboro, OR who attends Glencoe HS. Large frame with athletic present build; good projection remaining as well. Ran 60 yard dash in 7.75 seconds. Swings the bat hard with good intent and looseness to hands, varying swing plane that works best when on a line. Used the entire field successfully with solid jump off the barrel; will continue to drive the ball more and more with continued strength gains. Worked out defensively in the infield, moves to ball well and shows clean funnel in hands, made every play with quality consistency. Showed solid arm strength across the diamond, clocked up to 75 MPH with accuracy. Very good student.
