Brendan Ryan is a 2018 SS/RHP with a 5-11 155 lb. frame from Leawood, KS who attends St Thomas Aquinas HS. Medium frame, lean and athletic build that has some room to fill as he matures in to the body. On the mound he has an easy delivery thats online and three-quarters release point. Gets downhill on fastball with arm side run at 80 to 82 miles per hour. Also, showed a good feel for 11/5 curveball at 65mph that had good depth. On the infield he showed a good first step to the ball, range, good fielding position, worked through the ball to first base and threw accurately. At the plate he has a square stance, short leg lift stride separation, gets hips fully rotated and barreled the ball well to pull side.
