Jack McMahon is a 2019 C/IF with a 6-2 160 lb. frame from West Roxbury, MA who attends Dexter High School. Large frame, lean, athletic build, present strength, and additional room to develop. Posted a 7.64 time in the 60 yard dash. Primary catcher, side saddle start, quick transfer, tight release, gains ground, and athletic out of stance. Posted a workout pop time of 2.21. At the plate, showed rhythm, started with an open stance, deeper hand set, and toe tap timing mechanism. Swing long at times, linear swing path, and flashed ability to generate carry off the barrel. Good student.
