Spence Coffman is a 2022 SS/OF with a 5-10 150 lb. frame from Corinth, MS who attends Tishomingo County. Medium and skinny frame with room to fill throughout. Ran a 7.15 second 60 yard dash during this event and has run a 6.98 60 earlier in the year. Primary shortstop, works out in the infield with deliberate actions, sits back on the baseball with intent to his release, long exchanges and a clean glove, clean round but will improve with additional intent moving in on the ball, topped out at 83 mph across the diamond. Righthanded hitter, sets up at the plate with a balanced stance, uses a leg lift trigger into contact, takes a linear swing path to the baseball with an upper half dominant stroke, pull side approach that will improve pop with adjustments to his lower half.
