Chase Niemeyer is a 2025 C/MIF with a 5-10 185 lb. frame from Marion, IL who attends Marion. Medium athletic build with good present strength. 7.09 runner in the sixty. Primary catcher on defense, has good lower half flexibility and comes out of his crouch well, nice arm strength and makes consistently accurate throws, received the ball well in the games. Right handed hitter, hits from a medium base, load and trigger are smooth and fluid, has some back side collapse in his swing that creates some lift and power potential, can get long at times, chance to develop power in the future. Very good student.
