Chandler Baker is a 2020 OF/RHP with a 6-3 169 lb. frame from Woodstock, GA who attends The Walker School. Nice athletic build with lots of room to fill out and get stronger. 7.02 runner, young fielding fundamentals in the outfield, everything will improve with better footwork through the ball, as a loose arm that should develop with improving mechanics. Right handed hitter, has a calm approach in the box with good direction to contact, short swing with good lower half use, solid approach, has hitting tools to develop with additional strength. Also pitched, high 3/4's to over the top arm action, good delivery mechanics overall. Upper 70's fastball with occasional arm side running action and downhill plane, threw strikes especially from the stretch. Did not throw any secondary pitches. Good young athlete who will continue to improve with repetitions and physical maturity.
