Adam Horowitz is a 2019 SS/RHP, 2B with a 5-9 155 lb. frame from Seekonk, MA who attends Seekonk. Medium frame with slender present build; good projection remaining. Ran 60 yard dash in 7.08 seconds. Sets up to hit from slightly crouched stance with open base, lays barrel back into load creating barred separation, smoothness to stroke with some bat speed, shows whole field approach on line drive plane; best power came to pull side. Worked out in the infield, quickness to actions, tempo is there, quick transfer and release, arm strength clocked up to 73 mph. Pitched as well, big leg raise and torso twist, short stride into firm landing, throws from 3/4 slot with fastball working 74-77, flashes arm side life on the pitch. Worked in curveball with 11/5 shape and gradual depth; was successful at throwing strikes with both pitches. Very good student.
