Gabriel DeJesus is a 2020 2B/3B, OF with a 5-6 150 lb. frame from Yakima, WA who attends Davis. Medium, athletic frame with slender present build; good projection remaining. Ran 60 yard dash in 6.99 seconds. Sets up to hit from spread-out, crouched stance with open front hip. High back elbow set. Drops hands into load, inside-out swing path with good hands through swing and quality overall feel for the barrel. Showed good overall contact skills. Worked out defensively in the infield; has clean footwork with good idea of fielding actions with good motor; has solid hand actions and gets off quick release across the diamond, clocked up to 67 mph. Good student.
