Jack Defrancesco is a 2019 RHP/ with a 5-11 176 lb. frame from New Canaan, CT who attends New Canaan. Medium frame with slender; athletic present build. Ran 60 yard dash in 7.40 seconds. Primary righthanded pitcher; good balance to delivery, online with good direction, small arm circle through the back, hides the ball well, gets to three quarters slot with good extension through release. Fastball worked 77-79 mph with flashes of arm side life. Showed good curveball with 12/6 shape and solid depth; threw strikes with both pitches. Sets to hit from even-based stance with medium-high back elbow, deep coil in front hip to load, shows good bat speed with intent to get the ball into the air, will drive it better as he continues to gain strength. Very good student.
