Michael Bukowski is a 2021 C with a 5-10 160 lb. frame from Warrington, PA who attends Central Bucks-West. Medium, athletic frame with square shoulders and a lean, projectable build with room to fill throughout moving forward. Ran a 7.04 60-yard dash, speed played on the bases in game action. Primary catcher, taller set up behind the plate during drills, receives the ball out front and gains some ground coming out of crouch, gets tall, short arm action through the back with a tight release point, accurate throws with present strength and carry to second base. Righthanded hitter, begins with a slightly open stance and a high hand set and back elbow away from body in the box. Does a nice job of staying direct with hands to the ball, keeps them inside the ball throughout with a long finish through the point of contact. Contact oriented approach and shows the ability to work to all parts of the field, confident approach at the plate, looks to lift at point of contact. Excellent student.
