Sy Snedeker is a 2017 C/UT with a 6-1 180 lb. frame from Tulsa, OK who attends Jenks HS. Has a medium frame and athletic build with signs of strength throughout. Posted a 6.94 second sixty yard dash. From behind the plate, showed solid actions and good reception skills. Made clean transfers into accurate throws with quality game actions. From the infield, had good actions and moves low to the baseball. At the plate, left-handed hitter that starts with an open stance. Showed a loose and smooth swing with good bat speed. Swings on a line drive swing plane while flashing pull side pop off the barrel. Projects well as he continues to develop. Excellent student. Named to 2016 Sunshine South Top Prospect List.
