Quentin Wallace is a 2018 C/MIF/3B with a 5-10 165 lb. frame from Clarendon Hills, IL who attends Hinsdale Central HS. Has a medium frame, medium build, and room to fill out physically as he continues to put on additional muscle. From behind the plate, has a low set up and quality footwork and blocking ability, gains momentum into throws. Showed solid arm strength up to 74 MPH with good accuracy and popped as low as a 2.01 seconds. At the plate, starts with a slightly open stance and lower hand set. Swings on a line drive swing plane, stays short and direct to the baseball. Contact approach, looks to hit the ball back up the middle. Developing strength and lower half weight transfer. Good student.
