Caleb Piwnicki is a 2019 RHP/3B with a 5-11 180 lb. frame from Alton, NH who attends Prospect Mountain. Medium frame with good, muscular build; ran 60 yard dash in 7.51 seconds. Primary righthanded pitcher, lengthy arm stroke through the back, deliberate pace to windup, significant effort with head violence through release, fastball worked 78-82 mph with solid arm side life, shows good side-to-side command, worked in slider with good tilt, tunnels it well off of fastball. Hit with leg lift trigger, loads back deep, quick bat through zone, shifts well, stays compact on flat path, good contact skills. Worked out in the infield, moves well and gets square to the ball, works through and shows soft hands, clocked up to 79 mph across he diamond. Very good student.
