Cody Kelch is a 2018 OF/ with a 6-0 185 lb. frame from Round Rock, TX who attends Gateway College Prep. Large frame with an athletic build, clear sign of present strength and should continue to add more muscle. Made online throws from the outfield with excellent carry to the bases. Solid footwork and good athletic actions on defense. At the plate, right-handed hitter that starts with a wide base. Is short to the baseball with good bat speed and looks to drive the ball back up the middle of the field. Gets extended throughout the swing and has consistently hard pull side contact. Very high energy player that gets great jumps on the bases and moves down the line very quickly.
