Kaleb McCullough is a 2017 RHP/OF with a 6-2 175 lb. frame from Edmond, OK who attends Edmond North HS. Tall and lean athletic build,, long limbs, projects well physically. Uses lower half well in his delivery, simple leg lift start, smooth tempo from start to release, long arm circle in back leading to a 3/4's release point, gets good extension out front. Fastball topped out at 86 mph early, moves fastball in and out very well and gets good sinking action down in the zone. Curveball has good depth and tight spin, also throws an effective change up with deception.. Polished pitcher who can change speeds and keep hitters off balance. 7.20 runner, right handed hitter, shows good bat speed from a high and deep hand load, hits from above the ball and drives it hard. Showed a very loose arm and plus arm strength from the outfield in drills. Good student.
