Matthew Elliott is a 2016 RHP/3B, SS with a 6-3 200 lb. frame from East New Market, MD who attends Cambridge-South Dorchester HS. Large frame, strong build, well proportioned body, clear sign of present strength. Throws from a 3/4 arm slot, high energy delivery, short and compact through back side, simple leg lift, gets extension out in front, short stride, balanced throughout. Fastball generates arm side run, especially when located low in the zone, riding life up in the zone. 11/5 curveball, late bite and depth, has sharpness, would occasionally get 12/6 shape. Really good potential out of stretch. Named to Mid Atlantic Top Prospect List.
