Joshua Steventon is a 2015 LHP/1B with a 6-3 220 lb. frame from Bothell, WA who attends Cedar Park Christian School. Big thick strong build. Leg raise and kick out delivery, long loose arm action, high 3/4's arm slot, gets downhill well and repeats his mechanics. Fastball in the upper 70's, topped out at 79 mph, occasional arm side running action. Curveball is his best off-speed pitch, good spin and depth, short breaking slider gets off the barrel, developing change up. Worked quickly and pounded the strike zone with all pitches, had a very efficient outing, has an idea how to pitch.
