Kyle Bachle is a 2017 OF/RHP with a 5-11 170 lb. frame from Nokomis, FL who attends Venice HS. Medium-compact frame with broad shoulders, has present strength in athletic build. Primary outfielder, showed well in defensive workouts. Could be more aggressive to the ball, but works through the ball well. Has noticeable armspeed and arm strength, throws carried to targets, measured at up to 89 mph in drills. Right handed hitter, high back elbow set with seven stance. Solid weight shift and transfer, gets spread at contact. Shows solid bat speed, able to get barrel through the zone, has a middle of the field approach. Flashes good hitting tools when keeping swing short, compact. Also pitched and threw well in games. Works to a 3/4's arm slot, extended arm-action. Online delivery, hides the ball well. Fastball up to 88 mph, shows good, heavy life when located down in the zone. Also showed comfort in working to inner half of plate. Flashed good curveball, offering had 12/6 shape and good depth with tight spin. Quality two-pitch mix, commanded the ball well and threw strikes. Ran a 6.85 second 60-yard dash. Named to the National Underclass Main Event Top Prospect List. Very good student.
