Trevor Levinsky is a 2016 RHP/1B with a 6-6 190 lb. frame from Charlotte, NC who attends Charlotte Christian HS. XL frame with long, lean present build. Body projects extremely well yet, and is ideally suited for pitching. Ran 60 yard dash in 7.36 seconds. Pitches with long, clean arm action way up to overtop slot, gets on top of the ball well and generates lots of plane to the plate. Online delivery with good balance, could stand to better incorporate lower half into delivery so as to generate more power to the plate. Releases out front with good extension. Fastball worked in the 77-80 MPH range and peaked at 82; pitched showed occasional cutting life to the glove side. Also showed a quality curveball in the mid-60's with good depth and overall sharpness. Was in the zone consistently with both pitches and did a good job keeping hitters off balance. Shows athleticism by getting off the mound quickly to field position. Very good student.
