Michael Francisco is a 2007 LHP from Malvern Prep in Newtown Square, PA with a 6'5", 200 lb. frame. He has an ideal pitchers frame and there is room to fill out. Michael throws from a 3/4 arm slot with a clean arm action. He had very good run and sink on his FB and flashed the making of a solid changeup. He sometimes throws a little to flat in the zone taking away from his natural downhill plane. Michael has room to fill out and throw harder in the future. At the plate Michael flashed signs of big raw power at contact. He is somewhat raw in terms of his hitting ability, but there is definetly the tools to work with. Michael looks to be a mid-level college player at this point.
