Edison Rodriguez is a 2015 C/1B, 3B with a 5-10 185 lb. frame from Miramar, FL who attends The Sagemont. Medium, strongly built, stocky frame. Looks the part behind the plate. Ran a 7.65 60 yard dash. Shows a quick release from behind the plate and makes consistently on the bag throws. Has a clean exchange and good raw arm strength. Also moves well on the infield and arm plays well across the diamond. Flashes good bat speed from the left side of the plate and stays inside the ball well. Gets good extension and makes consistent contact. Stays inside the ball and has a relaxed approach. Excellent student.
