Levin Lackey is a 2017 3B/RHP/MIF with a 5-9 180 lb. frame from Grovetown, GA who attends Evans HS. Compact frame, strong-bodied build with present physicality. Worked out in the infield, solid lateral agility and quickness. Moved well and got into good fielding position, surrounding the ball well. Soft hands with compact arm-action, accurate throws across the diamond, up to 75 mph in defensive drills. Right handed hitter, high back elbow set. Solid line-drive swing plane, shows ability to control the barrel. Has strong hands, got into a good rhythm and showed good feel for getting extended and hitting balls hard to the pullside. Solid, aggressive baserunner, stole bases in game action. Ran a 7.32 second 60-yard dash. Good student.
