Colton Chupp is a 2015 LHP/1B with a 6-1 175 lb. frame from Myakka City, FL who attends Lakewood Ranch HS. Large frame with room to fill. Pitches from a high three quarters arm slot with an online low effort delivery. 1-7 curveball with depth. Good command of both pitches, threw consistent strikes. Switch hitter with ability from both sides, best bat speed from the left side, smooth line drive swing from the left side with good looseness and extension through contact. Good footwork around 1B bag, accurate throws with a clean arm action, moves well laterally to and from the bag. Good student.
