Hunter Morgan is a 2014 3B/RHP with a 6-4 190 lb. frame from Summerfield, NC who attends Northern. Tall, lean projectable build. Short load, quick bat, linear swing, hits from a slightly open stance, solid bat speed, projectable power. Good body control to swing, line drive plane with occasional loft, all fields approach. Long defensive actions, still growing into long frame, loose arm, low effort throws, good footwork. Pitches from a high three quarters arm slot, fastball tails, good command, gets out front with extension, short arm action, 11-5 break on curveball, fading life on changeup, raw with upside on the mound, needs to load hips to get more lower half push for increased velocity. Excellent student.
