Ryan Laboy is a 5'10", 172 lb. outfielder from Harrisburg, North Carolina, with pro level arm strength and actions in the outfield. He showed an 86 mph throwing arm with smooth, clean athletic actions and transfers. His ball showed very good low long hop action with true backspin. Ryan is a 7 flat sixty runner with a 4.48 home to first time in the game. Ryan is a right handed hitter with a narrow stance and good bat speed. He shows good balance in his swing with above average hand strength as well. He used the whole field with good attacking action. Ryan has a very short bat path with the ability to square up on balls to all fields. Ryan could be a big time sleeper in North Carolina with arm strength, speed , and power potential. College coaches will want to see Ryan play. He is an excellent student.
