Kennon Menard is a 2013 SS with a 5-11 165 lb. frame from Lafayette, LA who attends Teurlings Catholic HS. Slender athletic build, good body life. 6.92 runner, has been faster in the past. Good range in the middle infield, quick actions laterally, good footwork at the ball, playable arm strength at shortstop. Right handed hitter, short compact swing from still start, swings hard, needs better trigger, waits to see ball before starting swing, hard pull line drive contact when he gets barrel out, has tools to improve. Good student.
