2026 PG Indianapolis Indoor Showcase
Chester Turben is a 2029 OF/RHP/MIF with a 5-8 165 lb. frame from Fishers, IN who attends TNXL Academy. Smaller young build with some lower half strength. 4.97 runner in the forty. Primary outfielder on defense, moved to the ball well, fielded the ball cleanly and made accurate low throws, nice fundamentals for his age with developing arm strength. Right handed hitter, sets up in a spread stance with a low hand load and a quick leg raise timer, still developing his bat speed and barrel control, best contact was line drives gap to gap. Took a turn on the mound, works from a full wind up with a medium leg raise start and a high 3/4's arm slot. Fastball was in the low 70's, mostly straight with occasional cutting action. Flashed a soft curveball with some 11/5 shape but mostly threw fastballs. Good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
